Create an iPhone/iPad app that does the same things as the website.
Being able to see historical weather info is really valuable but there are very few places to get this info. To have the interactivity and history in your pocket would be awesome!!

Add personal weather stations (PWS) similar to Wunderground. Add different radar locations
There are more than 8000 PWS in the US uploading info to NOAA. Allow users to tap into those more localized areas.
Enable multiple radar locations which will allow animation.

Export to Excel Sheet
I would love the ability to export the average temps for the given time frames to an excel sheet to compare against other data sets

Add Feels like Temperature
Feels Like is indicative of comfort level - important. Heat Index for hot and Wind Chill for cold. This would be awesome.

Allow users to download historical series.
It would be very useful if users could download historical weather data for their own use.

Can I get tide information also?
My first request of WeatherSpark is of a coastal trail with multiple water crossings. I'd love to see the tide table.

Tools to know long range weather prediction accuracy (3 day 5 day 7 day or longer) of each source.
As an engineer-nerd I had been told once that due to the complex nature of weather variables that predictions of over 3 days (or maybe he said 5 days) where simply no better and would never be better then rolling dice/guessing. Now I have never investigated this and would love to know based on analysis of each of your sources(looking back) how much "faith" say I could put in planning a weekend party; say should I wait till Thurs because it has been %95 accurate vs say %25 if I used my Tues info. to plan. Now rain/light rain/ or… more

We intend to add some form of analysis of the forecasting accuracy and provide that information in some form – precisely what and how is still up in the air.

Add cloud layer
Add a cloud layer in addition to the radar.

Allow embedding of the graphs on e.g. blogs
Add an embed feature so that a specific view of the graphs (time range and data series) can be embedded on other webpages (e.g. blogs).

Create a "Where is it nice?" feature
I'd like to see a feature where you could see the closest place having nice weather, relative to your position. If my location has rain forecast for the next few days, where is the next closest place that has some sun in the forecast? That would be immensely useful for those of us who plan backpacking and camping trips! Thank you!

Add UV Index - Current and Historical
Add a UV Index graph similar to the Sun, Clouds and Precipitation graphs. Perhaps the UV index could somehow included in the Sun graph.

create more stations like NDBC's buoy data
www.ndbc.noaa.gov has data available for buoys, coastal stations and platforms all over the world. Other than NDBC stations there are also NOS, NERRS, GoMOOS, TABS, USF/COMPS and other partner weather stations/buoys.

Show 24 hour time instead of am/pm
It would be nice with the possibility to show 24 hour time instead of am/pm on the graph, maybe as a setting like the farenheit/celcius button in the top

NWS Storm Alerts
Severe weather/storm notifications is the one feature missing from Weather Spark.
This is the ONLY reason I continue to visit other weather sites as a supplement to WeatherSpark.
Please consider including a warning indicator for sever weather, allowing the user to click on this indicator (or hover over it) to see more detail regarding the severe weather alert issued by the National Weather Service.

Display year with min and max mouseovers
Display, for example, "75°F Max in 1932." In the temperature chart, the min or max mouseover currently displays just "75°F Max."

Yes, that would be pretty neat – there’s a host of technical reasons why this hasn’t happened yet, but it’s something we’d like to add.
